Randy Updated

Randall Hoover, PE

Vice President/Senior Engineer

Randy joined TeamAg in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Appropriate Technology from Drexel University. Randy became a PA Professional Engineer in 1999 and is also licensed in MD, VA, DE, and WV.

 

As Senior Engineer, Randy helps oversee the engineering services for TeamAg. Randy is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, and is a registered Technical Service Provider.

Sonny Albright, PE

Design Engineer

Sonny joined TeamAg in 2021. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 2019 and became a PA Licensed Professional Engineer in 2024.

As a design engineer, Sonny supports land development projects by producing plans and reports for stormwater management and erosion and sediment pollution control. He also serves as an engineering technician through surveying, infiltration testing, and quality assurance inspections.

Nathan Brubaker, EIT

Engineering Technician

Nathan Brubaker started with TeamAg, Inc. in July 2024 after graduating from Cornell University in May with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering. Nathan has a background in dairy from working at Brubaker Farms, LLC in Mount Joy. Over summer break of 2023, Nathan spent 3 weeks shadowing Dr. Ted Kornecki and Corey Kichler, PE at the USDA National Soil Dynamics Laboratory in Auburn, AL followed by 6 weeks in the Philippines working with the Central Philippines State University, the International Rice Research Institute, and local farmers on opportunities related small-scale no-till machinery and potential applications in Philippines rice cultivation.

Nathan’s hobbies include hiking, hunting, paddling, rock climbing, archery, dirt biking, and pretty much anything outdoors. He is also passionate about volunteering with his church, and he is excited to learn and develop new skills with the help of everyone here at TeamAg.

Gary Gallup

Engineering Technician

Gary has spent nearly 20 years in conservation and engineering through eastern and central pa with NRCS. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with his dogs.

Jeff Giger, PE

Engineer

Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering from Penn State in 1992 and has 25 years of experience working in structural engineering. He is experienced with timber, concrete and steel structures in agricultural, industrial, residential and government.

Mark Groshek

Engineering Technician

Mark joined TeamAg in March of 2020 and is retired from USDA-NRCS after 37 years of service. He has served in several Field Offices throughout Pennsylvania and for the past 20 years has served as the Area Engineering Technician in the Bloomsburg Technical Office providing technical assistance to 22 Counties in Northeast PA. He has a wide range of experience in planning, survey, design and installation of the many best management practices used in agricultural operations.

 

Mark resides in Columbia County with his wife of 33 years, has two grown sons and two grandchildren.

Keith Hodge, PE

Project Manager

Keith started as an intern with TeamAg in the summer of 2008, then joined TeamAg full time in 2009 after graduating from Penn State University with B.S. degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. He took a hiatus to obtain a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from NC State University and then returned to TeamAg in 2015. Keith was initially registered as a Professional Engineer in 2014 and maintains licensure in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Connecticut.

 

Keith is a project manager and engineer with a focus on site planning, manure management facilities, and alternative manure management.

Adam Keller, PE

Design Engineer

Adam joined TeamAg in 2007.   He received a bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. Adam became a professional engineer in 2015.

Mark Myers, PE

Design Engineer

Mark began working with TeamAg in 2012. He received his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, Pennsylvania State University in 1983 and is a PA Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering since 1990.  In 2007 he became a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, and in 2008 a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality.

 

Mark serves a project engineer with considerable experience in site design, construction inspection, stormwater management and permitting on various land development projects.

Cameron

Cameron Renehan, PE

Project Manager

Cameron joined TeamAg in 2012. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. Cameron became a PA Professional Engineer in 2017.

 

As a Project Manager, Cameron is responsible for overseeing various land development projects and technical design, including stormwater management and erosion and sediment pollution control plans, and coordination of state and county permitting.

Liz

Liz Rivera

Engineering Technician

Liz joined TeamAg in 2023. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering from Temple University. Liz is currently working towards becoming a PA Licensed Engineer.

Liz serves as an engineering technician with experience in stormwater inspections, erosion and sediment control reviews, and stormwater management permitting. She is working towards becoming a design engineer to support TeamAg by producing plans and reports for stormwater management and erosion and sediment pollution control.

Eric Full

Eric Sauder, EIT

Engineering Technician

Eric joined TeamAg in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. As engineering technician, Eric is often in the field completing surveys and inspections.

 

Additionally, Eric utilizes his experience in sustainability to develop support for regenerative agriculture and agricultural ecosystem services, like soil carbon sequestration, at TeamAg.

AdamS

Adam Smith, PE, CFM

Design Engineer

Adam started with TeamAg in 2024 bringing years of CADD, municipal engineering, stormwater and floodplain management experience.  He graduated from York Technical Institute with an associates degree in CADD in December 2001 and from Penn State with a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering in December 2008. He holds a PE license in Pennsylvania and a national floodplain manager certification. 

Adam lives in York and is the father of 2 humans, 2 cats and a dog.  He enjoys time with his family, getting out in nature, and venturing off the beaten path.

Rob Sweppenheiser, PE

Design Engineer

Rob joined TeamAg in 2021.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State in 1987.  Rob became a Professional Engineer in 1994.  He worked as District Engineer for Bradford County Conservation District for 33 years. 

Rob resides in Bradford County with his wife and has a grown daughter who is a large animal vet.

John Williamson

Business Development

John has been with TeamAg since 2002. After receiving a BSCE from the Ohio State University, he later received degrees from Cornell University: Masters Agricultural Engineering and Masters in Regional Planning.

He currently works with townships with their MS4 challenges seeking solutions from the agricultural community, as well as developing other business opportunities for TeamAg.

John Zaginaylo, III, PE

Engineer

John is a retired Engineer with 35 years of experience with USDA-NRCS providing technical support for planning, design, and construction quality assurance. John is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania to better serve clients in northern PA and lower NY.

John operates a dairy farm with 80 cows and 250 acres of crop land with his daughter, Rosalie and wife, Laune where he has installed many of the conservation practices and programs that TeamAg services and promotes.
